We lead by example in demonstrating best practice communication and engagement. Ensuring the work that we do for our clients is as inclusive as possible, and strives to engage hard-to-reach groups.

In 2021, we led a community of planning and communication professionals to deliver the industry’s first Neurodiversity Engagement Toolkit. The toolkit’s seven straight-forward principles guide those engaging with stakeholders as to how they can make their communications accessible for those with sight difficulties, dyslexia, or are otherwise neurodiverse.
